Do you wake up stiff? Do you sit at a desk all day? Do you intentionally take the time to move and switch positions when you’re watching TV?


Movement is what our body craves! It is what keeps our joints loose and keeps your muscles from tightening up. Movement increases mobility within our joints, thus reducing joint pain. As humans, we are mobile creatures who are meant to move. Sitting, standing or staying in one position for too long will cause our joints to lock up and become painful.


Movement also increases circulation within our joints and soft tissues and muscles that cover our entire body. This promotes healing in the body. If you are feeling pain, try moving!


Cat cow is one of our favorite exercises because it induces movement throughout our entire spine. It is simple and easy to do with great results! Try it today and watch your pain go away.
