Spinal Stenosis Exercise

Hey Murfreesboro! If you are over the age of 50 and experiencing some spinal stenosis in your low back, try this exercise!

Spinal stenosis is due to the narrowing of the spinal canal as you age, causing low back and leg pain. While it is a normal degenerative process, you don’t have to live with the symptoms forever.

As we perform this exercise, you are opening up the spinal canal and relieving some pressure on the nerves. Less nerve irritation means less pain!
