Reminder - Do Your Exercises!

Just because we are on vacation, doesn’t mean you get to slack off too! Do your exercises.


We give each and every patient homework to do at home. This isn’t because we are mean, but it's to help accelerate your road to recovery! Studies have shown that adjustments coupled with exercise yields the best results. That means you’ll be pain-free faster, you’ll stay pain-free longer, and you’ll spend less money on treatment. However, that also means you have to care enough to want to get better (even if that means spending 5 minutes per day doing the exercises).


Life happens, we know. But put sticky notes on your computer, set an alarm on your phone, or tell your family to hold you accountable! The more consistent you are, the more consistent your body will heal.
