Pregnancy And Low Back Pain

Updated: Oct 3

Whether you are currently pregnant, recently given birth, or your kids are grown, there is no excuse for pregnancy-related low back pain!

Low back pain is common during pregnancy due to the changes your body experiences, but just because it is common doesn’t mean you have to suffer with it. The same is true with low back pain following an epidural. It is normal to have some pain due to scar tissue, but there is hope for your pain.

50% of people who have low back while pregnant still have low back pain one year postpartum. The main reason for this is because women don’t receive the care they need. As soon as the baby is born, the focus is on the newborn and not on the mother.

Giving birth is worse than running a marathon, so mothers need some attention too! No matter how smooth the birth was, every mother has a pelvic floor dysfunction postpartum.

Even if you don’t pee your pants while laughing postpartum, you 100% have pelvic floor dysfunction. Get the help you need to restore your body!
