May Mile Challenge

Join Tennessee Back Pain Center in walking 1 mile every day in the month of May.


Walking has so many benefits and especially in a world that sits all day, we all need to walk more! That’s why during the month of May we are going to challenge you to walk one mile each day. That means no excuses, rain or shine, walk 1 mile each day. We’ll do it with you!


Some benefits of walking include:

  • Reduces risk of heart disease

  • Gets the blood pumping

  • Increases the body’s access to Vitamin D

  • Improves coordination and balance

  • Strengthens bones and muscles

  • Increases your energy levels

  • Can help reduce anxiety

  • Improves quality of sleep

  • Boosts your immune system
