Learn How To Foam Roll Your Upper Back

Foam rolling is a great modality to get a good stretch in your mid back, and to fight against the slumped position that most of us are in all day at work.


Doing this a few times a day is very beneficial for the aches and pains that you get between your shoulder blades after a long day of sitting. My favorite foam roller to use is the GRID Foam Roller from Triggerpoint @tp_therapy
