Tight or weak hip flexors can lead to a cascade of problems, from lower back pain to decreased athletic performance. The good news is, there are simple exercises to fix this issue!
Grab a resistance band and put it around your feet
Stand facing a wall. The wall is just there for balance.
Hike one knee up at a time, like you are marching in place.
Remember to go slow and controlled, keeping your knee and toes pointed straight at the wall.
Do 3 sets of 10, or until fatigue.
