Great Full Body Exercise!

Updated: Aug 22

Let’s learn an exercise today called Low Bear!

This exercise has multiple benefits. It works your shoulders, core, quads, calves, and feet! We highly recommend this exercise if you struggle with calf tightness, plantar fasciitis, or even low back pain.

  1. Start on your hands and knees.

  2. Curl your toes under your heels

  3. Raise your knees one inch off the ground.

  4. Hold this position for 30 seconds if you can.

  5. Repeat 3x.

The key to doing this exercise well is all about set-up. Make sure your knees are directly under your hips and your hands are directly under your shoulders. You should keep a neutral neck and back position, parallel to the floor. .
