10 Tips for Brain Fogginess

1. Go for a walk, especially after meals

2. Add some lemon or lemon essential oil to your water

4. Get more electrolytes

5. Eat snacks that are full or protein or fat to fuel the brain

6. Eliminate inflammatory foods - sugar, refined flour, etc.

7. Add some quick workouts to your schedule

8. Get tested for food allergies or food intolerances

9. Use blue light blockers

10. Sit in an infra-red sauna
